This really is Horrible. I dont know where to start. Justin Bieber having the audacity to start off the song, Lionel Richie being Celine Dion's personal audience in the vocal booth, the autotuned section of the song (Lil Wayne, Akon, T-Pain... all back to back), then the actual rapping. No wonder Lady Gaga pulled out (pause). If you're going to donate something for Haiti, more power to you, but personally I wouldn't waste hard drive space on this.

Edison Has Always Been A Cultural Wasteland, But Today Its A Frozen One Too
Peep the effects of the Blizzard of 2010 on a certain little township in Dirty Jerz.
Honestly, It could have been a lot worse. Keeping the head to the sky, along with the pie.

My favorite Faux 80's Group Is Coming Back!!!!
It's no secret I'm a big Chromeo fan, so it's cool that not only are they back, but they have a new blog! Here's their first vid for the blog. Also, peep the music in the vid. They always have something funky in the background.

Yeah Their Album Was Garbage, But Play Clothes Looks Cool
So the Clipse bombed on that last cd, who cares. When they made good music (Hell Hath No Fury) no one bought it anyway. At least they’re delivering with their surprisingly successful clothing line Play clothes. I’m especially diggin the g-shock (of course) and fitted hat. Maybe they could give Pharrell some tips.
Here's a fitted to match:

Is NBC's Black History Month Menu Racist? Mmmm...
pic via sloyoyster.com
We all know NBC is no stranger to shuckin' & jivin' (i.e. Tracy Morgan), but peep how 30 Rock celebrates Black History Month. Their menu now includes fried chicken, collard greens w/ smoked turkey, white rice & black-eyed peas, and jalapeno cornbread with aquafina water or soda for 7.50. Apparently this from ?uestlove of the Roots'twitter (Jimmy Fallon's not too awful Show's band). Honestly, it probably isn't maliciously racist (it's still racist though). Maliciously racist would be adding packets of Kool-Aid to go along with the water. Not to mention for 7.50 that's a good deal. Sans the rice & black-eyed peas, and the fact it's at NBC studios, I'd be all over that. The problem more or less is that people should have been informed beforehand, because who wouldn't have foreseen this backlash (...OH AND THAT IT'S RACIST). Definitely not the best look for NBC.
Here's ?eustlove's twitpic:
